𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁 - Barry Bennett is senior instructor at Charis Bible College. He and his wife, Betty Kay, have served on the mission fields of Mexico, Guatemala, and Chile. Barry came to Andrew Wommack Ministries in 2007 and worked on the Helpline as a prayer minister before accepting an instructor position. Barry is passionate about teaching the practical truths of God’s Word.

I was challenged by Barry Bennet's message tonight. I can identify many areas in my own life where God's voice has been muffled. I was challenged to eliminate the distractions and negative voices that are so prevalent. I can really identify with Jesus' words about "the cares of this world" choking out the word that has been sown. In an academic environment, especially a Christian school, the Bible can become a textbook. It can take an extra effort to allow the word to get from the head to the heart. In our world today, with its almost "atheistic stoicism," it can be difficult to cut through the cynicism, negativity, and unbelief, and really allow the Word of God to seep into our minds and our hearts. To really believe that God has the power to enhance our life. If we can just get to a point where we are really believing the word and allowing it to speak into our lives... when we can get to the point where we are seeing hope, faith, God, then we will have a vision for the future. I just want to finally say, "The cancer is gone!" That can really only happen when we are listening to God's voice, then believe, believe, believe.

All I listened to so far was. amazing but the most beautiful part was watching Jamie. She gave everything for God in deep love and she has most definitely served Him and He has given her these amazing Thank You's. Jamie my heart is so full of gratitude for blessing you I just can't get it all out. God bless you
