I just started going down the Barry Harris rabbit hole the other day and was having a really difficult time trying to find or come up with a tangible way to implement/practice some of his concepts. All of a sudden your video popped up with near perfect timing. Thank you so much!

For background I watched the JazzMentl site which had two vids on this. The first one is the BH rules for descending dominants. Good for me as I was unfamiliar with it. Then the next one uses it in connection with resolving arpeggios from each degree of the 7th chord. Lots to dig in on here based on that but it's a great sound.
