Hi Rick and Shelley, it’s a real shame Princess Di’s had to close especially with the other businesses being affected, everything takes so long to get sorted in Tenerife, the couple are amazing putting safety first and moving to another bar to keep their staff in work, good luck to them in the future

Sad circumstances for the lovely guys at Princess Di’s but a good vlog nonetheless Rick 👍 If my memory is right, I’m sure a similar thing happened behind Tramps in Starco a few years back & the whole complex was closed for a while. Plus there was the roof collapsing in the nightclub down by Sal YTien centre a while back. Maybe as you said, the buildings are all hitting a certain age.

I heard today in the papers some coastal spots were introducing a tourist tax,some holiday makers cancelling hotels for other alternative accommodation. Locals marking villas not owned by residents. An influx of Germans buying land & property. but as you say its scaremongering for headlines clickbait. It's a Scottish anomaly lol.
