El Pres… I’ve known Will for 12+ years, going back to our Alexandria, VA days. We met in 2012 volunteering for a nonprofit, Hands on DC, which does incredible work for the DC Public Schools. We continued volunteering together until 2015, and in 2017, Will and I took his brick oven pizza equipment to the DC VA Medical Center to make pizzas for patients and staff. He’s been a close friend ever since. I’ve emailed 8+ politicians, chamber of commerce, and liquor board to advocate for him and his shop, but nothing.
