Well first, the court threw out the case, because the NFL lacked evidence. Second, what is your definition of cheating? Technically holding by the offensive line during the playing of the game could be considered cheating. But all NFL teams cheat in someway. Whether it's tampering, steroids, going over the salary, boosting the sound into a stadium all teams have these infractions. There is also intentional cheating vs unintentional cheating, but I don't know if unintentional cheating would still be considered cheating by everyone's definition. Jets have twice as many infractions of the Patriots, but it's interesting to see they never get called out. So it is all about "they hate us because they ain't us".
