Serious comment: Please contact the Yawning intern and tell him to consult a doctor. In fact, such Yawning can be a symptom of a SERIOUS medical condition. like: "Obstructive_Sleep_Apnea" (OSA). Especially since there is the chronic fatigue associated ("I am always a little tired"- like he said) and also the overweight. This man definitely got (OSA) risk factors and should absolutely get a medical consultation.
