You think Frank realizes his soda addition is just as bad as smoking crack? At least with crack he might lose a few pounds.

There are more US small businesses and firms than there are blk people in the US. Asking every company where there token blk is, is a bit redundant. Maybe we should put a cap on how many blk people a company can have so other companies can get have the opportunity to satisfy your needs? Yea, probably not. Also, they have black people in Barstool Sports.

@@joshnyamburi I'm not sure of your ethnicity, but I can empathize that seeing rooms full of people who don't look like you (especially content you enjoy) can be discouraging. I understand why mediums like Black Panther are powerful, and fully support this. On the flip side, I've- we've witnessed the organic bonding of people with different demographics and when it isn't forced it almost always is a thing of beauty. I used to play a lot of different sports. One sport I got into late, was baseball. The team I went to, ended up winning the championship. I was clearly the worst player on the team at batting. They all had played their entire lives. I felt like I was forced into their team. Like they all knew I had to share playing time. I can't speak for anyone but me, but I never wanted an authority to force me into a team again. Now, back to the other side. Keeping people out of rooms, and seats at tables because of a protected class is garbage. I know this has happened. It used to happen all the time. I will always call that out. I believe in merit, and I know skin complexion and merit have nothing to do with each other.
