KB needs a script of ambien. I took it when working 3rd shift and then again when I was having trouble sleeping. Great drug, non addictive and it will 100% put you down 15 mins after taking. I don't take it anymore but if I have trouble sleeping I will immediately get back on it.

Dang feel bad for my mans KB, I know what it's like when you get on a run of no sleep it seems like nothing you can do will help. I don't really suggest this but I'm young and stupid, what ended up breaking that cycle for me was to just get black out drunk so that I could start training my body to fall asleep at like midnight. It was getting so bad during the pandemic for me that I'd be waking up after only napping for like an hour at like 9pm and staying up til I had things to do in the morning and the cycle continues on because you are pounding down so much caffeine to at least be cognitively aware at work.
