Meaning explanation isn't incorrect. Barzakh isn't just a concept it is a word first..an Arabic word that is used for boundaries between two words, also used for dividers or walls. Barzakh is also a concept in Islam, of a place, where souls waited for the day of judgment after their death. Now that place is also a barrier between this life to here after so understandable why it us called Barzakh. Yes the pronunciation wasn't correct but since she isn't a native Arabic or Urdu speaking you can excuse her for this

I watched a couple of Pakistani reviews which were laughably stuck at the sexuality of one of characters and how that was again their religion and culture. Like, they simply couldn’t move past that! I wish somebody told them that it’s 2024…MOVE ON, man! Great review. I want to like the series but it is laboriously slow for my taste, so it’s a no from me.

The makers of Barzakh already announced that they will take down the show from KZbin on August 9. If you liked it, fine, go watch it with your family; we don't have any problem with that.

My major problem is -- where in the Pakistan tribal.areas do you get to cavort half dressed and get away with it. But does it feel familiar? Definitely, if you read some Latin American literature. Very unconvincing

U can start by just looking at the way letter A in the title is shown and elsewhere , its symbolically used in so called conspiracy theories which u will realize are not theories. Another point to focus is the way a gull grown man is shown as gay, the way chid arstists are involved in scenes( pedophiles n nudity play a central role in "THEIR" rituals). Rubbish first episode. Too much of unnecessary magical realism to the point that the episode becomes a pain in the as sto watch, the daada ji is overacting and the episode feels damn stretched and boring. Inter generational trauma is the theme, the theme seems over stretched and unnecessarily complicated by magical crap
