The 2nd fault was dubious. Granted he went over the White bar but whilst it was showing Green. He stopped before it actually went Red. The traffic starts moving across instantly and he would have been still going round the turn. This was a safety decision on the drivers side I think.

Well actually as soon as he crossed the white line light changed, what he could do was keep moving fast rather than stopping, he is failed here particularly for stopping, if he moved before it turned red or even red but he was over other road that wasn't serious

Also his 2nd serious fault, it was sudden but do you think while during amber if he moved quickly to clear the road it wouldn't be marked as serious because in commentary you said examiner believed once he has passed over the white line and signal gone amber or about to go red he should have moved rather waiting???? Your thoughts on it please?

Once he stopped there it’s marked as serious. If you have gone through Amber and the white solid line should continue

1:25 i don't see the difference, he first gave the way to the first on coming vehicle then at 1:25 he moved and slowed down the oncoming, wasn't it better if he wait for it to pass too?????? You appreciated his first stopping but 1:25 what do you say???

First vehicle was coming faster. Second one he had more time to continue driving: He wasn’t marked down for this even though waiting would have been fine as well.
