Beautiful, the homestay incorporated both the architecture styles from kumaon and garhwal. The house at 1:40 is in kumaoni architecture. The main attraction is huge doors called daroj or ikdaari which the vlogger is also showing. The windows in house are called chhajj in kumaoni. The one in the house is also called dodaari as it has two partitions. Similarly it can be teendari or chaardari. These doors and windows design is usually same all over the kumaon. There is one more house adjacent to this kumaoni one which shows garhwali architecture also. The main attraction is beautifully carved balcony called tibaari. The house is not shown in the video.

The good thing is that inner walls of the ‘Basa’ are plastered in traditional Garhwali style. Loved it. Will like to stay here instead of staying in a hotel or a Rest House in Pauri. Around 1935-40 elders from our village used to study in Khirshu Boarding School since it was the only school in the area at that time. It would had been of great help had you mention how to get the booking for this home stay.
