Libraries under your SASApp have been mentioned as Permanent when user-defined using LIBNAME statement. I use SAS on UNIX with Client on Windows Machine, I never see these libraries when ever I launch a new SAS Session. Only case is when I have these defined in my Autoexec.sas for sasv9.cfg that these libraries appear for every new session automatically. so Does SAS ODA have option to save it? or Am I missing something? Please let know. and thanks for such a brilliant session on the intro part it helped me a lot on the basics. Thanks! AV

Then check the agree box. This will now give you a new username. Google handles the billing. I would be extremely surprised if you were billed before the 14 day free period. You can raise a ticket with them giving them the subscribe date (Jan 28th - I believe) and the date you were billed. If you were billed on Feb 11 then that is correct. If you were billed before 11th, then google should refund you
