For the sails you could use the square sails but size glitch them until there almost the size of the mast and have 1 on each side and have them diagonal so the top corner is touching the mast and then you should have a triangle shape between the bottom corner and mast and then you put in any block which could fill that area. Sorry if it doesn't make sence, my English isn't the best.

this is great work DDG! as for the part count issue you seem to have, my suggestion is to enlarge the floor squares, as in size-glitch them, for each 9 regular floors in a square formation, you could use just one large square floor

There's no tutorial. It's way more complicated to build and therefore I've decided not to post a tutorial. However, I do have screenshots of all the important steps to get the body / angles right. I might post them for a reference on the community page if you'd like me to do so.
