This tournament has been so much fun to watch and Virginia beat great teams in Penn, Mississippi State twice, and Kansas State twice. Onto Omaha, where the Hoos will face familiar foes. I think they can do some damage but obviously it’s going to be incredibly difficult. We beat UNC 2 out of 3 in April, but that was a couple months ago. We beat Tennessee in 2021 at the CWS, and we recently lost to FSU in the ACC Tourney. Our side of the bracket seems impossible but we’ve definitely got a shot at advancing to the Finals! So thankful for Coach O’Connor and all the players for providing such great entertainment the past couple of weekends.
