Baseball Card Collection - PSA Graded Vintage and Modern Rookies and Auto

I hope you enjoy watching this video of some of my better vintage and modern baseball and basketball cards. I made a mistake and called a Willie Mays card Mickey Mantle -- sorry about that. And yes, that's my wife in the background... She's NOT part of the collection!!

Hey again Dzolot..Thnx for the response..I will see what I can do about getting some Vid's up on KZbin!! Just need a video camera first (maybe for christmas - hint to wifey..haha)..I am here on the West Coast, Oregon..I buy pretty much all of my cards on Ebay but used to buy them at card shows locally when I was growing up, however there are none around here anymore..I would love to go to a BIG SHOW again, in San Francisco maybe, or maybe travel to the east coast someday?

Again, Your Collection ROCKS! I pretty much have the same collection theme going as far as your old vintage Baseball cards go, hall of famers & 1 nice old set (59'). My vintage unopened pack collection needs a lot of work though. I only have a 1976 Topps pack & a 1951 Topps Red Back pack (you could probably pick one of those up for $60-$150 on ebay if you want to add a vintage pack). Where do you buy most of your cards? My dad is big collector too and I showed him all your Vids, he loved them :)

nice collection. i personally have loaded up 80% of my collection in alex rodriguez rookies. current ebay sale value of probably $8-12K so far but by the time he breaks the home run record my arod rookie collection will get me $15-20K in sales and i keep adding every day. if you buy arod rookies on ebay i guarantee you've either bought from me or else at least bid on one of mine.

Thanks for the comment, even if it is a little inappropriate. I have a Pujols!! It's the first card on the left on top of the display case. It's a sweet card - 2001 spx auto RC # to 1,500. Anyway, sounds like you have some good stuff yourself. whey don't you get it up on youtube. Make sure to check out my other vids!!!

Thanks for the comment. I bought it at a local card shop in my town. I think it cost about $75. It was the only case like that in the store, and the store owner said the person who made it is no longer making these display cases. I am CONSTANTLY looking for cool display cases, and have not found much over the years, so if you or anyone reading this knows where to get a cool display case, please let me know!!

Hello, I really appreciate you posting your videos of your collection. I am 30 also and have been collecting since I was 8 or 9. I love your 51 Bowman Set! I am 6 cards short of a 1959 Topps set, overall ex-mt to nr-mt set with about 110 graded by PSA 6's, 7's (Mantle is a 7) and 8's. I registered it on psa and it is currently in the top 50 of all 59' Topps on PSA..wish I had the funds to make it in the top 10.haha. Want to work on the 1960 set next. Love your unopened pack of 1960!..God Bless!!

i am extremely protective of my arod rookie autos. i am always willing to sell and would even do it through a buy-it-now ebay auction if you had the $ for it. as for a trade, since i'm so protective i would only trade if you sent first. and obviously you'd have to have nice stuff to trade that would convince me to part with one of my arod rookie autos.

no no no! never peel coating off of a kobe finest rookie! i'd rather have a bgs 8.5 kobe finest with coather than a bgs 9 without coating. i think i might know which auction you won that had a bunch of kobe finest rookies. if it's the auction i'm thinking of was it from probably close to a year ago and the seller had no clue what they were doing?

that's a 1994 classic arod auto serial #ed to 2100. i have it in a bgs 9 and actually just sold it on ebay on last week but the guy still hasn't paid. if he ends up not paying i'd sell mine to you. or if the guy does pay i do still have 3 or 4 other arod certified auto rookies such as upper deck and classic 4-sport. let me know if you wanna deal.

i don't even wanna get on the topic of griffey. i was a HHHUUUGGGGEEE griffey fan and still am. jr. would own the HR record right now if it hadn't been for his injuries. i never got too much into vintage other than 80's rookie. i was born in 1982 so by the time i got to the age of watching baseball the vintage players were already retired. canseco is a piece of crap. he never said arod used. canseco just said he introduced arod to a dealer, that's all.
