Hey Christian, my buddy just watched this video and had a suggestion for the top knot...he suggests to using a surgeon's knot. Thoughts?

Oh man, now I'm down the rabbit hole. Orvis tippet knot is looking like the leader. Keep in mind, I haven't tied any of these and they all look complex as hell without a very patient tutor. I'll keep reading but thanks to your buddy for the distraction.
