Hey Chris (or anyone), I’m also looking to fry a dinner like this when I go on a trip of my own in a few weeks. How do you clean the pan and dispose of the oil/any leftovers once you’re done?
@graves18603 жыл бұрын
Get the pan hot again, hit it with some water and let all the junk steam off, wipe with a towel, put the towel in a ziploc and hoof it home. Use just a little water so it all evaporates off and you have very little mess apart from the towel.
@basecampchris3 жыл бұрын
If you need a little soap...use concentrated Campsuds it's Bio-degradable and as Lugh mention wipe and pack out in a zip lock. I will also use a local source for water like the creek - dig a hole 6 to 8 inches deep for disposing of soapy wash and rinse water.
