Brother it's great to see another Floridian, standing up for what we believe is right. People are saying they can't have a felon in the white house, do not understand how this country was founded.😂😂😂 personally I'm voting for the guy with the felonies that's been shot in the face.😂 Now ...I have conflicting ideologies with your purchase, hopefully we can meet up and laugh about this at a later date. I'm not a Ford guy, however I am a Toyota nut I've also fallen into the Trap of Nissan which explains my G35 named karma. She spent 8 months in the shop getting a full workaround, fully built engine .030 over and a .030 head shave😂, all the old school players on the internals and she's balanced. Spins to 9000 pretty effortlessly😂 she's a bad girl and she wants that I_4 smoke (but we don't race on the streets) so I'll see you in mexico.😂 real talk she has been parked for the past 5 years while I've been out of town in Arizona living at the Grand Canyon pretty crazy huh😅 Silver you sold at a decent peak.. We all know it's falling for a little while at least, you did the right thing. Thank you for your service brother, my father was e8 in Korea and I have nine brothers and sisters that are either Marines or grunts. Two of them did not come back home. Keep my home ground safe, my kids live there. I don't think we can do much about the Starbucks takeover people are stupid enough to pay $19 for a cup of coffee so f*** them take their money I guess😂 I'll be over here hand grinding my s*** all the way into the end of Eternity and using non-GMO creamer called nothing😂 This world we live in is a sad Place brother but keep the rubber down and keep doing what you're doing. By the way go support your local race tracks. Please take that thing to the Freedom Factory and Bradenton Motorsports Park they just got f***** up pretty bad by Debbie and probably going to end up spending like a quarter million dollars to re install the driveway that was forcibly removed by Debbie😂 they support us, and it's hell yeah brother, we support them... y'all have a great night stay safe, and remember why you're here. Thank someone for just being a part of your life today😢.

Good choice on the car. I just sold a 1970 Grabber Mustang, I have another 1970 fastback 302, and a 1979 F150 4x4 4 speed, as well as a Harley, so I was just out of room in the shop. People will get way ahead in the trades. I was an oilwell driller for 25 years then in heavy industrial construction in Northern Alberta. Good luck, young fellow. Good interview.

Thank you for interviewing this man. Good (and sometimes sad) to listen to him. At 11:05, he says he will never afford a house in Massachusetts. He said the average house price is $600,000 and he makes $62,000 per year. I did the math to better understand. The after-tax take-home pay on $62,000 in Massachusetts is $3,970 per month. The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage interest rate in U.S. is 6.60% per annum in August 2024. The monthly mortgage payment (on a $600,000 house at 6.60% for 30 years) is $3,832 per month. That's 96.5% of his take-home pay, leaving him $138 per month to live on. No person can live like that. No bank will lend money with these ratios of repayment to income anyway. To buy a house, you need to move to a cheaper part of the country, or earn more, or buy it with someone else, or choose a less-than-average house, or some combination of the above. It's a sorry state of affairs when a good man earning a respectable income cannot buy an average house and support a family in his state.

@@iamgabriel5823 Replacement value for insurance. Sorry you don't know modern values. All original vehicles go up in value every year, after 20 years, Canada, vehicles don't last long here. .
@TheRealJBMcMunn5 ай бұрын
You don't understand the difference between nominal value and purchasing power. The USD has lost perhaps half of its purchasing power since 1994. That means that $1 in 1994 bought what now costs $2.00 So $12,000 in 1994 would have nominal value today of about $24,000. But your Ranger was appraised at only $18,000 so you're down about 50% of real purchasing power. Purchasing power change = CPI starting year / CPI ending year. The most recent CPI for the US is from 2023. Plugging in the CPI values for 1994 and 2023 you get about 50% loss of purchasing power. What cost you in 1994 now costs double in terms of what your dollar will buy, assuming that the Canadian CPI change has tracked the US CPI. However, your Ranger was appraised at $18,000 which means you are down about $6,000 in purchasing power. If the dollar retained its original purchasing power the appraisal should have been more like $24,000. The nominal value of a car may go up every year, but in real terms it goes down. You are the one who doesn't understand "modern values", whatever the hell that's supposed to mean.
@babbalonian25 ай бұрын
@@TheRealJBMcMunn You don't understand "replacement value" vs black-book value. I'm not talking about buying power,,,lol. People earned less aswell in 94,. omg,. It went swuush right over your head. $18000 can buy a "replacement" in the same condition, here in 2024. His new 5.0, will go up in value every year, just like silver. The Perfect Storm is hitting Yankeee!!! The markets going crazy & war in the horizon in the Middle East. Tim is in Session Class has started for us Silver & Gold Stackers. I’ll keep buying in the low dip this week more Silver weight for my portfolio, I am holding to my precious metals silver & gold for the long haul it’s not time to sale. Unless it’s emergency or you bought at the low dip then make small profit especially in gold. It was called Hard Knocks!!!

@@YankeeStacking Yankee have you heard the News this week that First Majestic Company is holding on to their Silver, millions of Dollars on hold & not on the Market for Sale due to the Price on Silver. Any Info if that it’s True or Not? Just recent news this week was little shock & wonder why hold on to their Silver. If Silver takes huge hit in the range of $20+ ounce would smaller coin shops hold on to their Silver & Closed down till the Markets or Correction would take place. That’s my only concern or even economy crash of the Dollar or War in the Middle East with Nations in TurmOil not looking good.

Wanted to buy a gold Buffalo and some silver. Life always seems to be against stackers, because just invested $3,500 on one of my kids braces.

For years I swore the car knew when I made overtime. That's when they needed work. Couldn't get ahead.

No judgment here! Pretty level headed and reasonable. Save big, buy big. We do it with fiat, right? Congrats on the hot new car!

When I was in jr. high, the boys took woodshop and the girls, home ec. Then we switched for several weeks so guys learned how to cook, how to sew, while the girls got introduced to power equipment.

That's a good program but not needed for me. My Mom took care of that for me and taught me a lot about taking care of myself, cooking, sewing, etc. She once said, "No son of mine is going to HAVE to get married or starve." She made sure I could cook and it was fun. I became a very good cook, which my wife greatly appreciates since she doesn't care much for cooking. She can cook, she just prefers not to. Meanwhile, I relish a good home- cooked meal, even if I have to cook it myself. 🙂

Nothing wrong with that. We should all have some cross-training.

I am not a social media keyboard warrior and I am not afraid to say this to this dudes face, so here it goes...Thank you for showing the world that some people without kids have their own thoughts. It is okay to have the forethought to see whether one can reasonably bring another individual into this world and give them time and a comfortable home environment. If one recognizes that they can't, admit this without shame, just as this guy did. So many people think that people without kids must have something wrong with them. Some people are forward thinking and have values and ideals about the way they want to raise their kids and don't want to bring another life into this world and just wing it from there on out. Also, this guy works hard and should not be faulted for earning and indulging by realizing a dream purchase. Don't judge him!

Right now I feel this world is just too dicey to bring a child into.

The man more than deserves than to purchase whatever the hell he wants. And I believe you're exactly correct on the whole having kids thing, isn't it actually up to the parents LOL😂 if it's not the right time to reproduce and don't do it. I think we all pretty much understand how to do that😂 good comment.
