Here is a copy of these points I have made to always look back to feel free to save! 1. If you have a problem - You either solve it or get over it. Don't be weak minded and complain about it. Come up with a list if solutions and do one or you get over it Complaining won't do anything it will just keep you in a negative state of mind. 2. Get away from external validation - don't spend your life trying to impress random people for no reason. Do the stuff you want to do and don't do the stuff you don't! Nobody has ever layed on their death bed and said I wish I spent more time impressing random people. Don't buy things to impress other people, if you do they will care for 10 minutes and not give a fuck anyway. Living your life for other people is stupid and pointless because nobody even cares 3. Stop getting offended - most people talk without really thinking what they are saying or don't mean what they are saying they may have their own problems. Getting offended shows that you are insecure and care deeply what others think of you which is a negative mindset. Don't worry about what other people are doing, just do You! 4. Do things now - if you want to things then just start now don't put them off doing things you want makes you feel good! 5. Have goals and do stuff to benefit them - if you don't have things you want then how can you be happy. If you have to think hard about goals then they are not your actual goals you know what you want deep down. Achieving goals is ALL in the mindset. You find a way to do it no matter what! Having goals gives you excitement it give you things to look forward to and gives you a purpose. The purpose of your life is whatever you think it is. 6. visualise - imagine the thing you want to be doing and the things that lead up to this and see it and feel it in detail. If affects you sub consciously and makes you more likely to make it happen. Visualising makes it more likely to happen and puts you in a positive mood. 7. Improve yourself - learning new skills boosts your positivity. Growing and maturing will allow you to see things in a better light and to interpret things in a way that benefits you. You will be able to control your thoughts and emotions better and you won't be as bothered by things. Focus on skills like problem solving because being able to solve problems will help you control situations better which will In turn lead to the outcomes you want to being happier! 8. Break addictions and dependencies - don't allow yourself to be addicted to something it is a choice and if you do you are constantly reinforcing that you aren't in control of yourself and thst you have poor self control and willpower, these are negative beliefs and will send you in a negative spiral affecting everything in your life. Don't be one of those people who blunder around in life saying I can't do this anymore 9. Hobbies - have fun shit in your life! You will always have something fun to do whether you want to do it. Doing that thing will mske you happy and reduce stress. 10. Family and friends - guys and girls are desperate to get in relationships if there life's suck, it is a negative thing to be because you are placing all of your happiness in someone else's hands. If you are desperate to get a girlfriend you will be less attractive to girls, you will get rejected and then talking to girls will no longer be any fun. Then if you get a girlfriend you will always be concerned about her dumping you because you know if she does you will be a sad sack again and ruin the entire experience. You always want to build yourself up first then supplement your life with other positive people don't rely souly on them. When done correctly having family and friends can be a great way to have fun. Make sure the people you bring into your life are on the same level as you, don't be around people who are negative and cause drama, be selective about the people you interact with! 11. Be healthy - eat a healthy diet exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day and get some food sleep at night because being healthy boosts your positivity and gives you more energy to go after goals!

my story: i always had a boring life and i was very sad in my life too, i didnt have any friends, i didnt have a job, i hated everything, all i did was just sit there and watch youtube in a dark and closed room 😩, but one day.... i found one of based zues videos ... so i spent the whole day watching his tips and stuff.... then i got out of the dark room... and there was light glowing on me coming from the sky!!! and i was using all the tips i learned from zues's videos for a whole month and now... BAM !!!!!! now i have became a better man!!!!! i lost weight, i became much more handsome, i had a girlfriend and we stayed with eachother alot and now we are just MARRIED !!! my whole life has changed!!!! 😍 so i got one thing to tell you zues....
