Thanks Dr. Md. Aminul Islam. I'm a student in University. I really impressive about your research (Wastewater treatment) I still have question about FTIR. This is the first time I have used in Origin 2018. 1. When was we use "Baseline correction " ? + All most case or in case overlapping spectrum (noise signal) 2. Do I need to use normalize graphs FTIR spectrum. 3. When was we use "normalize graphs FTIR spectrum" 4. How is drawing FTIR spectrum ? (the process) I guess: Step 1: When I had a data about FTIR spectrum (transmittance %, wavenumber cm-1), copy data in Origin Step 2: Baseline correction FTIR spectrum Step 3: normalize graphs FTIR spectrum 4.
