Awesome video. For someone looking to get into plumbing that also does not want to get into drain cleaning… What type of plumbing apprenticeship would I look for? Commercial/residential? Or is there a particular type of company that does more new builds etc?

@@LindseyM99 that don’t mean shet. I worked at service company and the biggest dumbasses we had were the ex-union guys that they would hire. They would struggle hard when it came to have to think for themselves out in the feild without their foreman or supervisor there to hold their hand.

Sure does . Union plumbing school is the best in the business. It’s the major leagues of plumbing . I’d say about 80 % of the plumbing contractors in America began there apprenticeship in the union ( open shop and obviously union contractors ) a lot of them wouldn’t be where they are without the union . If union plumbers aren’t “good” then why do they get to do nfl , nhl , mlb stadiums ?
