I’ve had quite the estranged relationship with my father and that side of the family for quite few years now. I remember my dad taking me off school so I can clean the house because of his depression and alcoholism making him too ill to look after himself. I’ve struggled with my mental health for years now, and he’s never there. I don’t think there’s a song that matches the pain more than this one. I don’t want to just forget about him but the relationship is just so hard. So yeah, this song hits in all the soft bits. It’s quite cathartic, really... it’s a pain that can’t really be described and that I try to ignore most of the time but this song makes me feel like someone has made sense of it for me.

this song is nothing but pure melancholy i love this song and band soooo much they helped me get through alot of problems in my life im heartbroken there not together anymore im just thankful i got there cd which is really hard to find in stores in america and bought a shirt off them this band will always be in my heart they have sooo much talent to let it go to waste i hope they get back together really soon
