Having worked as a nurse for 35 years, I have seen those roller ladders being used to offload supplies from delivery trucks. Bandages, surgical instruments, antiseptic liquids, etc. Everything hospitals use in the course of day-to-day caring for people.

Those rolling racks are used in a morge to move bodies in and out of the freezer's and cold storage area's. Also can be used in a cafeteria to move dirty dishes on a type of "conveyor belt system". Or could be used at a loading dock to unload hospital supplies etc...
