My dear friends, the idea of transformation is simply becoming more aware of who you already are in your essence. It's not so much about becoming something new, but rather remembering, discovering, and actualizing who you were always destined to be. It's an awakening to your true nature, to your deeper self. This process of transformation and acceleration is nothing but developing greater mastery, greater awareness, and the ability to perceive more of the essence that you already are. It's about becoming increasingly capable of consciously applying your consciousness, your energy, your attention in the experience of your physical reality. This allows your physical reality to reflect the changes happening within you in a positive, constructive, expansive, and integrative way. Many of you speak of wanting to learn how to make shifts and changes. But it's not so much about learning, as it is about becoming more aware that you are already shifting and changing. You are already doing this in a completely automatic, so natural way, that you often don't even notice it. Similarly, when you speak of wanting to get rid of doubts and learn to trust your true self more, it's not so much about learning to trust, as it is about discovering what it is that you can trust. Shifting, changing, and trusting are innate, automatic functions of your being. You simply never stop doing this. Therefore, your task is not to learn these things, but rather to become more aware that you are already doing them, so that you can consciously direct these processes in the way you prefer. The key lies in becoming more aware of the definitions you have in your life, so that you don't restrict yourself with definitions that don't fit you. Many of these definitions were instilled in you in childhood, by your parents and society. Now, as adults, you must discover which of them truly fit you, and which ones you want to let go of, to replace them with definitions that better define you. Remember that nothing in the physical reality has an automatic definition. It is you who decide what something means, and the meaning you give to a situation completely determines its effect in your life. That's why it's so important that you become more aware of the definitions that function in your subconscious mind. When you identify them and recognize that they don't fit you, you can let them go and replace them with definitions that better define you. Remember that the physical reality is nothing more than a reflection of what's happening within you. Therefore, when you change internally, don't expect immediate changes on the outside. Instead, notice how you yourself will start to react differently to the same situation. That will be your proof that you have changed. Furthermore, you are constantly shifting between parallel realities. Every moment is nothing but a shift to the next parallel reality, which is so similar to the previous one that you don't notice it. But if you consciously redefine the reality you prefer, you will be able to perceive greater differences between the successive shifts, and this will allow you to become more aware of these shifts. Remember that you are perfect manifestation machines. You are already automatically shifting between billions of parallel realities every second. Your consciousness is expanding faster than the speed of light. So allow these understandings to start permeating your beliefs, and use them in any way you like, because they are tools you can apply in your physical reality. Remember that what you receive from the outside is merely a reflection of what you are sending out. You are the first cause in your life. Nothing else has power over you. Only through your consent can you experience anything similar to what others choose to experience. It all depends on you, it's in your hands. You are self-sufficient beings. Receive this information in the way that is best for you. We love you unconditionally and allow you to decide for yourselves what is true for you.

Bashar has said when we change our reality our past changes to match that and we remember a new past. I no longer accept violence but I still remember my past with violence. Also, how do I change to live in a reality in which my son is still alive?

This is rebranded New Age ideology.... He's basically taken some parts of ancient wisdom, reinterpreted, modified, added storytelling - to fit his New Age Extraterrestrial message. .. Unfortunately any new generation of people new to this subject will blindly accept it, it's no different to any ideological belief system out there. Therefore fundamentally it becomes a belief system, not wisdom - because true wisdom implies questioning the present pattern, freedom of oneself from all forms of identification in ideological patterns, nationalism, egocentrism, identity and conditioning. ... And no one wants this kind of wisdom... Easier to blindly believe in something and follow a fantasy, a person who pretends to be wise. Wisdom is foremost in each one , not others, not by following others and fakes blindly.
