Adil works as a front man for his brother in-law Bashar who is a money launderer. Basher can do anything for his sisters specially Tayyaba whose two engagements have been broken.

It's better for Rudaba that Bashar doesn't want to share the room with her. She should be happy instead. Live in his house for a couple of days, keep his brother informed of what all is happening with her and how he is treating her and later fled away from there. This was truly in her favour. I guess they will show Bashar Momin changing into a nice gentleman in the end & Rudaba and Bashar, Saira and Adil, Tayyaba and Buland will live happily ever after.

Why are people all praises for this drama. The only two things good about this drama is the acting talents (though many a times the actors too have horribly overacted) and the second good thing is overall high budget which amounts for the lavish set designs and costumes. But this is an extremely patriarchal and misogynistic drama that makes physical and psychological abuse of women normal and acceptable and more so portrays the abuser to be the hero! It’s blatantly biased and should not be so adored as it hardly deserves it!!

I agree! Why are people all praises for this drama. The only two things good about this drama is the acting talents (though many a times the actors too have horribly overacted) and the second good thing is overall high budget which amounts for the lavish set designs and costumes. But this is an extremely patriarchal and misogynistic drama that makes physical and psychological abuse of women normal and acceptable and more so portrays the abuser to be the hero! It’s blatantly biased and should not be so adored as it hardly deserves it

@@batoolkaghazwala6310 totally agreed. However people don't realize how much are they normalizing this stuff. The main reason is lack of knowledge regards human conditions either physical or mental. Over that the dark desires of their fantasized wicked thoughts come to life in this and when criticized, they say "chill, it's just a drama" when in real they're the ones too biased to even defend a fictional character's actions.
