Watching this show, too, i MUST Confess my experience-i have been watching Bashar’s videos for quite some time. This June while I was driving my car and this clear voice of Bashar told me in my head “ don’t be scared. There is going to be a breakdown.” “ is it going to be me?” I asked. “Yes” the voice replied. At that moment i felt this fear in my stomach falling into itself. “Is it going to be fatal?” I asked again “No” the voice of Bashar replied. The next day i felt smt in my right breast…and in the two months that followed i was diagnosed and operated with success, i Never felt fear during the process because i knew that everything would be allright, and i was creating a song the whole time. I know that this voice was my higher self but i will always feel strong emotions about Bashar and his channeller even though we ve never met physically. Greetings from Greece.

8:09 hmmm yes I see it somehow, is this why I have constant "visualisations" with choices of what to do/feel, and get confused and distressed every time things happen differently from the way I imagine, and I kinda always overload my brain with "loading" the location, circumstances im in and have a feeling that everything would crumble if I stop "loading" it, which gets to the point I have a hard time relaxing. And I kinda "discover" when things are still there even tho I "forgot" them and be like: - "Let go, let go, chill" - "No! Straaange" Is that because I came from different dimension. It feels like I came from a singleplayer on the server and wonder that world not crumble when I shut down my pc xD. And autistic ppl share their experiences about having manually maintain all their actions during interactions wich I as well do. Is it actually because we don't have a script 😱😱😱😱 And when I get to the dream world I finally feel everything easy and as it "supposed to be" kinda, as it always was. Although the location is usually smol. Like only what I can imagine.

@@pandamaci3 Very simple meaning and instruction from Bashar. Frequency is feeling. Moving up means feeling better (love, joy, peace, freedom, expansion / your true nature as Spirit). Moving down means feeling worse (fear, anxiety, disharmony, imitation, depression / opposite of your true nature). As soon as you experience any negativity and seek answers in a situation, move yourself up and feel better for no good reason. Feel better for no reason at all just because you want to. Then situation will improve and the right answer will come. If you go lower and dig deeper for answers, that means you make yourself feel worse and there will never be any answers. Simple enough. When you feel low, move up and feel better for no good obvious reason just because you want to. Everything you want is at a higher place (better feeling place)!
