Thanks so much for posting this! I remember my Mom had taped this interview. She's a HUGE Basia fan. She was always playing her music at home and in the car. I didn't really have a feel for it at the time, I was young 12-13 years old and prefered rock music. Now, I absolutely LOVE Basia. She's so incredible. My Mom got a chance to see her in concert too. I just remember this because after my Mom taped it she wanted to show it to me so I watched it and my Mom was so happy to see this. I just remember the joy on my Mom's face, much like you see on Joan's face LOL. I'm definitely sharing this with her and I know she'll remember this.

Very interesting interview. I'm glad I was able to listen to it. Thanks "Basiawan". I noticed that Basia (in the comments) hardly causes controversy among people. You can see that she is a person exuding good vibes. I also don't see "stardom" and posturing in her. A warm, genuine, normal Great Artist. I would like to meet her someday, although it's probably impossible.
