very informative. I would like to see the actual intubation, an example of it. Also when you said the formula for the cuffed tube is 1/2 size smaller, but it seems it's 0.5cm smaller because from 4.5 uncuffed you said the cuffed should be 4. Didn't understand that part very well.

Dr. Wolbrink said "one" half size smaller for cuffed endotracheal tube....So from 4.5 to 4....hope that helps...

Neuromuscular blocker like succs or rocuronium plus a sedating medication like propofol or Versed as an example, there are lots of agents you can use
