Saw the thumbnail for this vid and the same side palm grip, in Hung Gar this is the grip used in our Monkey King Staff set. These drills are awesome. Forms are a great way to learn the basics of a weapon, but combos like this are way to make those techniques more applicable. Good content, bro!
