Basic CMS Setup for Sansco CCTV (Central Management System)

Hi - It was easy to set up my Sansco CCTV system with CMS from this video so thanks. I still have a problem though. After a short while of monitoring the cloud output freezes or disconnects. I was originally using XMEye on an iPad which did the same. Sansco support had me reformat and clear the system which fixed it for a couple of days now the problem has returned. CMS managed to show the pictures for about 10 mins then disconnected. Most frustrating. The DVR's monitor shows the pictures fine and all record, so it's just the Internet output that's affected. Any thoughts?\

try another app XMEye pro on your iPad, and install the new version CMS. If you still have issue to view the system via network, you can go to the system main menu>system>encode and set "extra stream" lower quality.

I've just bought a Sansco box and have to say this is a pretty poor Playback interface. I own numerous other CCTV systems, and their playback usually shows all of the cameras' recorded files overlaid onto a 24 hour timeline, so when you click play it runs through all of the videos making it easy to spot things. Having to click on each specific file to play is a very slow way of reviewing video. Do you know any better way of playback?

What is the latest version of this software and does it work with H.265 ( so not just H.264)
