No bro compiler is only responsible for compling code into compiled byte code in a new file and when we click on the compiled file the program gets executed without compliling program will not execute bcz computer does not understand high level code we have to make it as low as possible for that purpose compiler is used, anyone can write compiler for his coding library to translate his code
