Where do you purchase your white Portland cement? Most local places only carry the more common grey color.

My stepping stones take over a month to cure with that mixture ratio, outside it's fine but inside it's wet, what did I do wrong ?

simple rule of thumb, .5 or 50% of the quantity of cement.... lower the better the water quantity and higher strength... I try for .4 with super-plasticizer... cheers A+
