My mama made pala soup with beefshank, a few carrots, leek, celery root, and fresh parsley. I grew up with this delicious soup, and now i make it for my son's. They are now 24 and 26 and I am teaching them to follow this tradition! Thank you

I grew up eating palacinky often. We served them with cottage cheese, cream cheese, jams, fruit etc. I never tried them savory but I can't wait to try them in soup now! Thank you so much for this channel.

My kids, especially my son, loves palačinke! I remember I had them once in a restaurant in Slovenia and they were baked with a blueberry and walnut sauce. Amazing!! I've never been able to find a recipe for that sauce. I think the recipe called for a sweetened cottage cheese filling as well. It was a restaurant in Zavodnje.

You can just use regular water if you don’t have carbonated on hand :)
