For lipstick it's best to use a lip stain. If it rubs off it'll give the illusion it's still there

i have always done theatre and not once have i been told to fill in my eyebrows, also i have never seen any but you put eyeliner under their eyes

Sally Gal101 sometimes it depends on your eyebrows. Same with the eyes, sometimes the amount and placement of the liner all depends on your eye color and shape.
