Basic Electrical Safety on a Dale 600 safety meter

This is a video describing how to perform a Basic Electrical Safety check using a Dale 600 safety meter.
This was made and posted as a classroom instruction for the BIOM 2301 class at TSTC. (more information at tstc.edu). It is helpful for students who have to do this lab task for the class. I hope that clarifies the purpose of this video. It is left public for refresher information for graduates or for instruction as to how to accomplish this job task for biomedical or healthcare technology professionals. We mostly use Fluke ESA612 in the Navy and the kelvin clip is almost always missing.
