Time limit of lockdown has been increased. Last Wednesday the Prime Minister announced that lockdown would be increased farther 19 days and continued up to May 3rd. But after 20th April it will be tried to rollback the normalcy mainly in economical situation which is going slowdown day by day. This step will be taken in the virus free places or those places where spreading of virus will be going almost at the end. States and local authorities' active participation will also need for making those activity true. It will be also needed vaccination and good quality treatment for going back to complete normalcy in life. The guidelines which have been provided from government are said that it is impossible to keep shut the economical situation and lockdown for indefinite time. Industries of city limits,constructions in rural and urban areas, manufacturing companies will reopen partly after April 20. Motor mechanics, Carpenter and IT operators will be allowed to operate their works. Tailors should be added in this list so that they can make masks for people. In these guidelines it will be also added that to prohibit spitting of guthka and tobacco in local or workplaces. But some tough orders have affected the poors the worst. Migrators have tried to do riot everywhere. Government should help people stay at home, try to give salary and incentives time to time to the employers both in private and government sectors and encourage for welfare works. Good evening sir, as per my previous commitment, today I watched this editorial session as your organization usually closed on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Today's motivational quote is from my side “The only disability in life is a bad attitude.” Editorial is concerning to partial opening of industries to stabilize the economy. In editorial: - The revised protocol for the extended period of the lockdown is likely to be end shortly. It indicates partial opening of the economy but it will rely on the extent of successful of the spreading of COVID-19. Normalcy in life will have to wait until vaccine or a treatment line is found. It is impossible to keep the economy shut and people at home indefinitely. Proposals for small service providers like electrician, Plumber, carpenters etc are being prepared which will help them and those who need to hire them. It will be a good idea to add tailors to that list, an essential service now that masks are mandatory in public and workplaces. Provisions related to spitting and a a ban on tobacco and Gutakha at workplaces are also included. Those who violate quarantine norms could face upto six months in jail. It seems, these rules will have heavily effect on the poor. A more comprehensive strategy must be made for providing succor to the people who are staying at home, incentives for those who have lost their jobs and expansion of welfare support for the most vulnerable people. Work under MGNREGA has been completely collapsed. Besides, another area is in need of urgent attention of governments is the breakdown of general health care in many parts of the country. Kerala and Rajasthan have followed norms related to lockdown and also provided the aid to the needy people with the help of local administration. In my notion:- Government should ensure to provide work under MGNREGA to the migrant workers who recently reached their native places. Central Government should direct the states to adopt the same strategies which were chosen by Rajasthan and Kerala in connection with reaching the essential items out to the needy people. This virus has shown about our preparedness especially in health sector which has completely been in worsen condition. Government should make awareness among the people regarding wearing of mask, hand hygiene and maintaining physical distance everywhere.
