and don't forget to practice middle split. you don't have to do full middle split. i don't have full middle split(i think i'm at 3 yoga blocks) but i can reach the head of someone that is around 1.80cm/6 ft tall. btw, i'm 40 years old. if you don't have an injury or a condition, you can get better at flexibility.

For beginners WOW I try those exercises I would end up in hospital. Japan trains way different than the west , Japan is so much more impressive.

Yes, better not kicking higher than the navel level when you come into 50's, 60's. For defense or martial art it's wiser to remember old masters' Ways. They said if you rise your leg too high, you will fall down soon in a real fight. And when you are down, you are DEAD. So: the older you are, better for the Way. 😎

Agree and there is original, subtitle version in transcription. This version is more convenient to listen but i prefer to hear japanese.
