We all get hurt eventually! In this video, we'll learn some of the very basics of first aid that we all should know. But what actually is first aid?
"First aid" is the name given to the first line of medical support we get after an accident or sudden injury. It's very important as it helps lessen further injury and decrease the pain we might feel.
As kids, the most important thing you need to do is find help from an adult as quickly as possible. Always get support or report an injury!
In this video, we'll learn simple first aid tips for common injuries such as small cuts or grazes, minor burns or nosebleeds. Remember to always seek support from an adult, medical professional or caregiver if you are feeling unwell.
