I have Binox 4k 4-16x. I'm having a problem updating the firmware. When I click OK to update the firmware, the update appears and at 50% - the error Firmware Update Failed appears! What am I doing wrong? I am hope for your help

I just got one of these for Christmas. The compass is not calibrated correctly. I stood outside last night looking to the east and the compass displayed SW. How do you manually calibrate the compass?

You need to spin the binos on its three axis until the compass reads CAL. Then spin the binos on its three axis one more time.

@@AtncorpOptics so like when ERR comes up do you just perform the calibration at that time. ive done many times, seems whenever the binos are hanging on the strap towards ground it goes into err mode. once raising them on the horizontal plane while looking thru them they go back to normal, BUT IT IS STUCK ON NORTH.

How can you tell if it is actually charging? I do not see a charging light, like most devices have.
