tough vegetables. a few years ago, I had to slice a hard carrot into thin strips, it slipped and I cut the tip of my left ring finger almost completely off.

😢... I'm sorry to hear that. Just today I used Alex's tips on cutting onions. What a great lesson. I'm decades and decades and decades old... one would think that I'd know how to cut/slice/etc veggies. Better late than never though, aye? 😅
