When I use titan simulator, it often happens that the fixtures on the viewer go crazy for a few seconds. Does it happen to you too? Can it be deactivated?

Hi. Yes it does happen when I use simulator. No you can’t stop that. It’s because that’s the simulator. If you wanna stop then you have to buy a suitable Avolites product.

I have a Tiger Touch2 console with a usb stick. Please can you show me how to do a PC based setup without using the light controller (i.e the hardware console)

No it's not. it might be the recovery key. To make a show file in a PC without the console you need a Avo Editor key, or a Avolites T1 or T2.

In titan simulator wich console you have opened? If you opened titan one. All the buttons will be on screen. If you open up an console simulator you need to open virtual panel too. The blue icon.

I can't set it. last night I discovered that the green LED from the dmx output was no longer blinking at all, I thought the output was faulty because the morning heads had no reaction even though I passed the pach phase. I stopped at record palette and couldn't pass. now if I don't succeed I will come back with more questions and I would like if scenes can be made from another computer and I can receive them, I save them in the program and the lights work after that setting. thank you very much

DMX problem might be DMX output not being assigned. To do that go to system. And on your left side button select DMX Settings. In that you will see if your DMX outputs have assigned. If not you have to assign them. You can contact me through instagram. It will be much easier for you.
