In a democracy: we the people are supreme. Nobody even the court has any job over and above the people. The judges are bound to follow the will of the people, if not , then there is no meaning to call the politics of a nation as democratic.

Here , if we examine the loss of Hindus are not so simple as the opposite political parties and the so called intellectuals propagate . It is the duty of the free India government to do justice to the most suffered.

EvM has no problem. both Ruling and oppsition parties win by EVM. Election commission is Independent as supreme court is Independent.

Indian constitution is not at all a Secular one. It has a number of Articles or provisions that are contrary to the very concept of Secularism. It contains borrowed ideas/concepts from the West, particularly from USA where Dr. Ambedkar studied and earned his law degree. Since there is no time limitation on the fundamental rights of a citizen any court in the country let alone SC can deny the right to justice from the court. SC is nothing but a CS to calm/cool the petitioner.
