Hey Vic. Congratulations on doing tutorials properly. You don't rush things. You have the viewer in mind on every step of this tutorial. That is crucial. You even go over something a couple of times if you think the viewer might be confused. That is good insight. I subscribed to you. Keep up the good work.

For anyone reading this that wants to add a feature to this you should just be able to drop and drag audio over top of each other for transitions like in openshot.

It takes two video tracks? Why wouldn't KDENLiVE implement a way to do transitions that only takes one video track on the timeline?

Thank you so much. I just recently started learning how to use KDEnlive, and transitions are one thing I really want to learn how to do well. Do you have any more advanced transitions tutorials? For example, how would I make the last frame of a clip fly off into the distance while the first frame of the next clip flies in from off in the distance?

Curious....why are my wipes disappearing when I render my video? See my video I posted tonight for example. The pics had wipes but now it just shows extended black screen instead...thanks for the feedback if you have time.
@victorianodejesus3 жыл бұрын
Sorry it took me a while to respond. You can try a few things: 1. Try setting the Composition Track for the wipe Manually to the track you want it applied to. 2. Make sure you are not using GPU Processing in your Kdenlive Playback settings. This is still experimental. 3. Try rendering your video using the default CPU only settings. The GPU rendering is also experimental and may not render out all your transitions properly.
