I think lap = flap if you measure your thigh and your crotch it should be the same measurement.

Hello Lucy, thanks for your comment. Plz dont be lost, the flap size has already taken care of the 2inches bend, so by the time you fold 2inches out, the actual flap becomes 11.5inches. Kindly support us by liking and sharing our videos so that we can be encouraged to do more.
