Hey man nice video. I have a question every how many miles I need to replace my spark plugs my 2015 dodge Durango limited have 47080 miles but I don't know if is time ..

I think they call for iridium plugs 2014 onwards Hemi engines(not entirely sure). If you have the v6 engine they have iridium plugs with a 100k service interval. You have to check your owners manual for that. If they are iridium's then the service interval is 100k but if the car came with coper plugs then it's 30k service interval.

Even mine now calls for iridium plugs (now) due to longer service interval. But I stick with coper because originally the engine was designed for it, it's cheaper and I swap them out around 50k. Less likely to get the plugs stuck in the heads when you change them often. Even iridium plugs i have used in other cars I change them around 75-80k just so I have less chances of it getting stuck in there.

What did you use to clean the throttle body?
@WrenchTogether3 жыл бұрын
Throttle body and carb cleaner, any brand would work. I used CRC brand in the video

@@WrenchTogether I appreciate your answer.. I was considering cleaning the throttle body in hopes that my O2S will show as ready on my OBD2... O2S ended up showing ready last night and I was able to pass emissions but I'll keep this in mind in the future.

Did you have to recalibrate the throttle?
@WrenchTogether3 жыл бұрын
@@94OaxEm nope. I haven't have any issues with loosing calibration on the Durango.

Actually there's no such thing as "tuning up" a modern car. There's nothing to tune up. You're just replacing parts.
