Very interesting to see the contrast between the US and Canada. Biggest difference would be in Canada they are training a very small, specialized force. Also amazing is the wide range of ages. When i arrived in BMQ i always made a point to answer the instructions loud and clearly no matter how nervous I was. This may have played a factor into how much they grilled me after that, in that they thought I wasn't so easily scared so didn't try as hard to get me going - I dont know for sure if this is the case, just something i noticed among the instructors. I noticed the ones who appeared outwardly meek or shy got grilled a lot more.
