Thank God aap pehli youtuber hein jinhon ne egg based sponge mein koi bhi leavening agent(baking powder or baking soda) nahi daala👏👏🙌 bcz eggs trap air and help the cake to rise , bcz professional bakers add buttermilk and leavening agents in oil based sponge(moist sponge having leavening agent) not in egg based , majority mein to youtubers sab kuch hi daaldete hein sponge mein , aur buttermilk tab bhi daaldein ge jab baking soda nahi daala ☻😖🙃
