Ronnie said the song is about Hypochondria (hence all the pulse checking and the chorus) but the video was obviously made later so it could be interpreted as other things. Also there's alot of easter eggs and references in this video like the MGK/Eminem reference and the UFO's in the background from Zombified. Extra little fact, Ronnie recently got all of his tattoos blacked out so his entire body (Arms, torso, back, and neck) is now just a giant black ink spot.

If you go to the Ronnie Radke - Stream Highlights youtube channel you can see how bad his arms and neck look because it's just pure black all the way down to the hands.

Pause the song/Lucifer react, it's annoying when the sound of video goes so low that we can't really hear that. 2.
