You can bring water into the nether. You need to make a cauldron and a water bucket. Take it to the nether and place the cauldron down and place the water bucket down inside the cauldron. Once you use it you can’t pick the water back up. Just a heads up Edit: you can also bring milk buckets to get rid of the wither effect and other effects as well

You need to use nether wart to make an awkward potion, then a fermented spider eye to make a potion of weakness, use gunpowder to make it a splash potion, but you have to make the awkward potion and then mix another ingredient to make other potions
