46:18 Vectors a and c are collinear but not equal. Since, two vectors are said to be equal if they have the same magnitude as well as the same direction. But here vectors a and c are equal in magnitude but different in direction. So we can't call them as equal vectors, but they are collinear.

a and c vector are collinear but not equal because a and c are in opposite direction .... As equal vector implies - same magnitude and same direction. a and c vector will have same magnitude but their directions are opposite
